For Certificate of Exemption, application should be made to the Ministry of Labour and Industrial Relations by submitting the following information/ documents:
i. Letter of purpose from the concerned entities containing:
ii. Name of foreign employee
iii. Occupation
iv. Duration of employment
v. A copy of the foreign employee passport
vi. 2 Passport Size Photographs
vii. Letter from Parent Ministry
viii. Authorisation letter specifying job title of the person submitting the application + ID Copy
