RECRUITMENT LICENCE

The Recruitment Licence Unit is tasked with issuing recruitment licences to Private Recruitment Agencies in accordance with the Private Recruitment Agencies Act 2023 and the Private Recruitment Agencies Regulations 2025. The Recruitment Licence Unit monitors recruitment activities and placements made by these agencies to ensure compliance with legal provisions.

Applications for a recruitment licence should be made on the prescribed forms.
