​​Application for Certificate of Exemption - Paper Based
Documents to be submitted
Application is made to the Ministry of Labour and Industrial Relations by submitting the following information/ documents:
i. Letter of purpose from the concerned entities containing:
a. Name of foreign employee
b. Occupation
c. Duration of employment
ii. A copy of the foreign employee passport
iii. 2 Passport Size Photographs
iv. Letter from Parent Ministry
v. Authorisation letter specifying job title of the person submitting the application + ID Copy
